About the Role
At SolarSquare, the Relationship Manager team plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional
customer experience.
As a Relationship Manager Trainee, you will become the primary point of contact for
homeowners after they purchase a rooftop solar system. Your role is to guide customers
through every stage of their solar journey while ensuring transparent communication and
seamless coordination with internal teams.
This role is customer-facing, relationship-driven, and process-oriented, and it is based entirely
in our Pune office.
What You Will Do
● Own the end-to-end customer journey after a rooftop solar system purchase.
● Provide clear and proactive updates on installation milestones and timelines.
● Handle customer queries with empathy, professionalism, and patience.
● Identify and resolve potential issues early to ensure high customer satisfaction.
This role requires individuals who are comfortable handling frequent customer conversations
and maintaining consistent communication while following structured processes.
All selected candidates join as Relationship Manager Trainees.
