Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions for Project Engineers and Operations team members.
• Deliver training through both online and offline modes, depending on business requirements.
• Prepare and conduct engaging training sessions, presentations, and learning materials.
• Provide training on tools and skills such as MS Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Develop effective presentations and training content.
• Assess training requirements and ensure that employees receive the necessary support and knowledge.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and collect feedback from participants.
• Coordinate with different teams to understand their training and development requirements.
• Travel to different locations for training purposes whenever required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.
- prior experience in training or process coaching preferred.
