Role Overview
The Liaison Executive will support project execution by handling key interactions with local DISCOMs, government bodies, and nodal agencies. This role is essential for ensuring timely approvals, permits, and smooth coordination for rooftop solar installations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and submission of applications for Net Metering and Subsidy approvals
Coordinate with local DISCOM offices and nodal agencies for timely project clearances
Support the team in permit-related activities and documentation
Follow up on the status of regulatory applications and keep internal stakeholders updated
Maintain records of approvals, NOCs, and correspondence with authorities
Provide on-ground support during site visits and inspections by government authorities
Ensure smooth liaisoning for Net Metering connections and subsidy processing
Assist in building long-term relationships with key government stakeholders
Support the Operations and Project Management team in meeting compliance timelines
Key Requirements
Education:
Minimum: Graduate (preferably in Engineering or Science discipline)
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in liaisoning, field coordination, or government approvals
Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector is a plus
Other Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using Excel and basic reporting tools
Willingness to travel for field visits and meetings
Ability to manage local stakeholders and regulatory authorities
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
