🔹 Role Overview

Lead and manage the overall operations of the SolarSquare Experience Centre.
Drive customer walk-ins to conversions, ensuring a seamless and premium in-store experience.
Manage and mentor a team of Experience Leads for improved customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
Act as the bridge between customers, on-ground teams, and the central team to drive revenue, insights, and operational excellence.
Play a key role in expansion planning, including identifying new locations based on footfall and market potential.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

Store Management & Operations:
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain a high-standard customer experience.
  • Ensure proper store infrastructure, including security, hygiene, maintenance, and ambiance.
  • Manage kiosk coordination, in-store events, and BTL activities.

Team Leadership:
  • Lead, train, and coach the Experience Leads on customer service, sales approach, and performance goals.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, team huddles, and development sessions.
  • Foster a target-driven, high-energy work culture.

Customer Experience & Lead Conversion:
  • Monitor and improve the lead conversion funnel from footfall to deal closure.
  • Support the team in handling customer escalations and closing high-value deals.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for timely scheduling of Design Evaluation Visits (DEVs).

Sales Performance:
  • Track and analyze key metrics: store footfall, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  • Implement strategies to optimize sales and improve store performance.
  • Execute local initiatives to boost visibility and lead inflow.

Strategic Expansion & Reporting:
  • Scout new potential store locations using audience insights and traffic data.
  • Provide data-backed insights and reports to the central team.
  • Highlight on-ground challenges and opportunities to improve product, process, and customer experience.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills

Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales & store management.
  • Strong team leadership and performance coaching abilities.
  • Experience in CRM tools, sales funnel tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and drive high-conversion store environments.

Good to Have:
  • Background in solar, real estate, financial services, or premium consumer goods.
  • Hands-on exposure to BTL marketing, in-store events, and customer activations.
  • Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and impact-driven work.
