Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless operations while driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and industry experience to build a high-performing supply chain function that supports the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, plan, and manage overall supply chain strategy and execution.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations, product) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs and performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop cost-saving strategies and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and implement strategies for mitigation.
  • Drive digital adoption and leverage ERP systems and supply chain tools for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accountability.

Key Requirements:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 6–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  3. Proven track record in supply chain optimization, vendor management, and cost efficiency.
  4. Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and distribution management.
  5. Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  6. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
